This maintenance will upgrade the connection between QTS, our data center provider, and Internap, our primary backbone provider. This maintenance will include a hardware and circuit capacity upgrade. This is a three hour maintenance window that will last until 5:00 AM, Eastern (GMT-5). This maintenance WILL NOT result in an outage, but is likely to result in some latency on the network.
In order to ensure that our network traffic is not disrupted, the eApps network connection will be temporarily transferred to a secondary circuit, for the duration of the maintenance window. The engineers at our data center are performing extensive testing to ensure that our traffic continues to flow and are taking every precaution to lessen the likelihood of an outage. However, we have been informed that we should expect some latency and/or very brief service interruptions during this maintenance window as the routing is transferred to a secondary circuit, and back to the primary. When the maintenance is complete, by 5:00AM Eastern (GMT -5), our traffic will have been transferred back to a new and improved primary circuit.
