We have just received notice that SunGard, our data center provider, has scheduled emergency maintenance on core components of it's network infrastructure early Sunday Morning 10/31/04 at 1:00AM Eastern Time. This maintenance will result in a brief outage, which we have been told will probably be less than 30 minutes, but could be up to two hours.
We are expecting that this maintenence will resolve some intermittent upstream connectivity problems that we have experienced recently.
Your patience is greatly appreciated as SunGard, our upstream provider, improves the reliability of it's network.
