Dear Customer,

As part of our continuing effort to provide the best hosting environment, we will be performing an important upgrade to our systems. We will be upgrading to Hosting Service Provider (HSP) version 3.1. This upgrade has numerous improvements, including the following:

1. Cleaner Control Panel interface with choice of skins
2. Control Panel language choices (Español, Deutsch, Française, Italiano, Japanese, Nederlands, and Русский)
3. Improved ability for eApps performed security upgrades
4. Ability to limit automated messages, by account
5. Additional payment options
6. Much more!

The upgrade is also a pre-requisite for several new exciting offerings that will be available soon after the upgrade, including the following.

>>> Fedora Core 2 and CentOS (Red Hat Enterprise white label version)
>>> New application services
>>> VPN Support
>>> Reseller program

Purpose: Upgrade of Hosting Environmnent

When: Sunday, 8 May 2005 1:00 a.m. (UTC/GMT-4 hours EDT) through 4:00 a.m.

Duration: Control Panel access will not be available for up to three hours, actual downtime of servers will be approximately 30 minutes at some time during the maintenance window.
