eApps has recently added the ability to receive Skype calls on our main phone system. Customers who use Skype will be able to call eApps the technical support, sales or billing departments by dialing any of the following Skype ids:

eAppsSupport1
eAppsSupport2
eAppsSupport3
eAppsSupport4

The call will be directed to our company phone systtem, at which point you will be able to dial your desired department as follows.

Sales = 1
Technical support = 2
Billing and customer service = 3

If you place a Skype call and the line is busy, our system will attempt to call you back from the next available line. You can either answer the callback or simply try another line.
