eApps has implemented a new hosting platform called HSPcomplete, from SW-Soft. HSPcomplete consists of a full featured billing system with the leading virtual hosting management system available today, called Virtuozzo. The new platform offers numerous improvements for customers and allows us to run our operation more efficiently.
The key difference in the new environment is that all virtual accounts, from our entry level plan to our highest level plan, will now run as a virtual private server (VPS). The VPS approach to hosting is superior to traditional shared hosting in every way. Effective June 9, 2004 all new customers will be set up on the new platform. For a couple of months after June 9 existing Shared and VPS customers will be migrated to the new system. Domino hosting customers will be converted to HSPcomplete's billing system only. The operational side of Domino customers will not be impacted. Dedicated customers, depending on their configuration, may be eligible to run on the new platform and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
