On June 9, 2004 eApps successfully completed the deployment of a new hosting
platform using the most advanced hosting management software available. The
new platform uses software called HSPcomplete, by SW-Soft. There is a long list
of features and benefits from the new system. At the heart of it all is a sophisticated
partitioning technology, called Virtuozzo, which allows each hosting account
to run in its own insulated environment. This approach, known as a Virtual
Private Server (VPS), is vastly superior to traditional shared hosting.

Here is the status of conversion to the HSPcomplete system, by type of hosting
service. Please note that there will be minimal down time. Our techical experts
will handle the move. However, it is important that you respond and communicate
with us during the process because there will be some DNS and mail client
setting changes that need to be made by you.
Mail Only -- All Mail Only accounts will be migrated to the new platform during the next few months. Mail Only customers will have their own private mail server and will also be able to take advantage of web hosting services at no additional charge.
Java Shared (Tomcat Shared) -- All accounts will be migrated over to the new platform during the next few months.
VPS -- All accounts will be migrated over to the new platform during the next few months.
Domino -- All Domino accounts will be converted over to the new system for billing only. The conversion of Domino accounts will not involve the operation of the web site or Domino application itself. There will be no changes in server or client settings whatsoever.
Dedicated -- At this time, there are no plans for migrating dedicated server customers to the new platform. A great many of the features of the HSPcomplete system do benefit dedicated server customers, also.
