Work to be performed: eApps Hosting will be upgrading the Cisco firewalls that protect the eApps Network. What this means is that your site may experience some latency during the three hour maintenance window. We ask that you refrain from performing administrative or maintenance activities on your server or the control panel during the three hour maintenance window.
Risk: (Medium) – The eApps network will be operational during the maintenance window, but your site and the control panel are likely to experience some latency during the upgrade of the firewalls during the three hour maintenance window.

Maintenance Event #2: Upgrade Control Panel Software
Time and Date of Event: Wednesday, November 7, 2007, 12:00AM – 3:00AM Eastern Daylight Saving Time (GMT-5)
Work to be performed: eApps Hosting will be upgrading the software that runs the control panel. Your site WILL NOT BE IMPACTED but the control panel will be unavailable during the three hour maintenance window. We ask that you refrain from performing administrative or maintenance activities on your server or the control panel during the three hour maintenance window.
Risk: (Medium) – The eApps network and your site will be operational during the maintenance window, but the Control Panel will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Maintenance Event #3: Update Hosting Plans
Time and Date of Event: During the weekend of November 10, 2007 through November 11, 2007.
Work to be performed: eApps Hosting will be updating the hosting plans to ensure that they have the current resources allowances of the plans that are currently sold in the eApps Hosting store. Your site WILL NOT BE IMPACTED by the plan update process. You are free to perform your normal activities during the maintenance window. As a result of this plan update, your disk and traffic allocations will be increased as follows:
Standard - Disk from 1200 to 1500 MB, Traffic from 15 to 20 GB
Standard Plus - Disk from 2400 to 3000 MB, Traffic from 30 to 40 GB
Standard Max - Disk from 3600 to 4500 MB, Traffic from 45 to 60 GB
Advanced - Disk from 6000 to 7000 MB, Traffic from 75 to 90 GB
Advanced Plus - Disk from 8400 to 9000 MB, Traffic from 105 to 120 GB
Advanced Max - Disk from 10800 to 12000 MB, Traffic from 135 to 150 GB
Premier - Disk from 14400 to 16000 MB, Traffic from 180 to 200 GB
Premier Plus - Disk from 18000 to 20000 MB, Traffic from 225 to 250 GB
Premier Max - Disk from 30000 to 40000 MB, Traffic from 325 to 400 GB
Risk: (Low) – The eApps network, your site, and the Control Panel will be operational during the maintenance window.
